SCREEN 1 - Medical Equipment Inventory The medical equipment
inventory is at the heart of E-MAT. This is the database which contains
a record of each piece of equipment which the Trust wishes to control
via the E-MAT system. The Trust therefore has instantly accessible details
of each item of medical equipment, including its current and any previous
location - thus enabling full traceability.

SCREEN 2 - Service History For every item of
medical equipment stored within the E-MAT inventory, its service history
is maintained. Whenever the Trust needs to know the maintenance status
of an individual item of equipment, this screen contains a full history
of servicing activity undertaken on the item concerned thus facilitating
job auditing.

SCREEN 3 - Job Audit At any time, the user
can drill down to a specific job and see a list of the individual activities
which have taken place relating to that job. If further detail is required,
simply highlighting and double clicking on the line item takes the user
to the Job Card underpinning the activity.

SCREEN 4 - Call Logger E-MAT provides for
real time input of calls received to attend to equipment. The Call Logger
automatically allocates a unique Log Number to each call, facilitating
progress monitoring.
